Ministries & Outreach

Christians are called to serve others. Through Ministries and Community Outreach programs, we serve others by volunteering our skills, time, and resources. Many members of our congregation assist with, support, organize, and lead many community outreach projects, some of which are listed below.

We welcome you to join us in the call to serve by calling us at (804) 633-4334 and leave a message with your name, contact information, and the purpose of your call; or send us an email using the contact form below, and we will return your inquiry as soon as possible.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms" - Peter 4:10

Milford Day

Milford Day is an annual community event at Milford Presbyterian Church, held on the third Saturday in September, each year. Sponsored by Milford Presbyterian Church members, attendees, family, friends and neighbors - we join together in celebration of community and fellowship. Music, activities, games for children, food, refreshments, a gigantic yard sale, quilt raffles, and bake sale are a few of the entertainment programs available. Caroline County Tourism, Caroline County Sheriff’s Office, Fire, and Rescue Departments, and other community outreach partners join us in our Christian endeavors. All proceeds are donated to community based, non-profit agencies.

Adopt-a-Highway

Milford Presbyterian Church partnered with VDOT to help keep our community roads clear of debris by adopting Colonial Road, in Milford, state route 722 from route 207 to Church Street. We organize community service teams to collect litter and trash a few times per year, and encourage you to join us in our efforts.
